Builder
A Tarion registered builder with almost thirty years of construction experience. Mr. Saddik is a graduate of Mohawk College where he earned a degree in architectural technology in 1987. Following his graduation, Mr. Saddik began working for Costantino Construction, a Hamilton-based custom home builder. In 1999, Mr. Saddik started his own general contracting business, where for the past seventeen years he has built a variety of residential and commercial projects, including single family homes, residential renovations, retail plazas, shopping centers and community centers.
Developer
An active real estate developer with over 35 years of experience in developing real estate in several different cities across the province. Born in Beirut, Lebanon, Mr. Ghaddar immigrated to Canada in 1974 at the age of 21 years old where he would for the next 44 years reside in Hamilton, Ontario opening a chain of successful businesses until dedicating most of his life to purchasing and developing a large portfolio of both retail commercial and residential properties. One of the many assets that Mr. Ghaddar brings with him is his keen style and distinctive taste for complex, beautiful designs and an unrelenting resolve to meet or exceed your expectations, alongside his sons and family, he is dedicated to ensuring everything has that special and familiar personal touch that comes from being a family-owned and operated company.
Project Manager
With 10 years of experience working in property and project management, I will be your point of contact from hereon together with our sales team at Sotheby’s International Realty Canada Brokerage. I will ensure that we provide you with ongoing communication on the progress of your home. We use trusted local trades and professional contractors with a history of meeting deadlines and providing high-quality workmanship.
